Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference or change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@chungdduk.com with your order number and photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
All food products are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
European Union Customers
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, EU consumer withdrawal rights may not apply. Where required by law, we will comply with applicable regulations.
