Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

In case of incorrect pricing or product information, we reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and/or third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
For perishable or food products, delivery delays may occur due to carrier or weather conditions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, unless otherwise required by law.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for any additional reshipment fees.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGED ITEMS
Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms.
Because we sell food products, we may not accept returns except where required by law or where products arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damage/Issue Reporting Window: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS / MEMBERSHIPS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you offer subscriptions, recurring orders, or memberships, subscription terms (billing frequency, cancellation timing, and changes) will be disclosed at checkout and/or in a separate subscription policy, incorporated into these Terms.
9. PROMOTIONS, COUPONS & STORE CREDIT
Promotions are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Coupons may be limited to one per customer/order and may exclude certain items.
Store credit has no cash value unless required by law.

A. Program Description
By opting in to CHUNG DDUK SMS messages, you agree to receive recurring text messages (e.g., promotions, product launches, cart reminders, and order updates) at the mobile number you provided.
B. Consent Not Required
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
C. Message Frequency & Fees
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
D. Opt-Out / Help
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for support. You will receive a confirmation message after opting out.
E. Eligibility & Number Changes
You must provide a valid mobile number. If your number changes, you must re-enroll with the new number.
