Shipping policy

1. Shipping Service Area

We ship exclusively to UPS Zone 2 to maintain product safety.

Service is limited to:

ㆍFull Coverage: NJ, CT, RI

ㆍPartial Coverage: NY, MA, NH, VT, PA, DE, MD

Eligibility is determined by zip code at checkout.

 

2. Shipping Schedule & Cut-off

To prevent transit delays over weekends, we ship Monday through Wednesday only.

ㆍDaily Cut-off: 8:00 AM EST (Mon-Wed).

Orders placed after 8:00 AM EST on Wednesday will be dispatched the following Monday.

 

3. Delivery Goal & Liability

Our delivery goal is Next-Day Arrival via UPS once dispatched.

Please note:

ㆍDelivery times are subject to carrier operations.

ㆍReporting Issues: If an order is not received within the expected timeframe, it must be reported to hello@chungdduk.com immediately for investigation.

 

4. Customer Responsibility (Frozen Handling)

Immediate Storage: Products must be placed in a freezer immediately upon delivery.

No Liability: We are not responsible for spoilage due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

Packages left unattended after delivery.

Improper storage by the recipient

Safety: Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
